Oh Muddy Waters....

...your mysteries are deep and wide. Well not exactly deep or wide - the Salt River is more narrow and shallow - but hey it was still a good way to spend a Monday. That's right folks the cast members got together and floated down the Salt River.
We packed five ice chest (mostly with beer and water)and lots of sunblock (bring on the spf 70) and headed out to Mesa. I think the roughest part of the journey was just getting all of the tubes situated. And of course getting the ba
by pool ready to play its part as the mini bar - excellent idea I must say Jason.

And we were off... Things were pretty mellow and relaxing until we realized that Jason had fallen behind and he was the one in charge of the mini bar - yikes the alcohol was gone. After rescuing the mini bar we continued to float. Most of the time the trip consisted of sounds like this: "Butts Up" "Ouch a rock" "I've been violated" "Save the sandwiches" "Where's the beer" "Get outta the weeds" "I'm stuck in a whirpool" and of course the all famous "Seniors '07". Poor Jason seemed to spend more time out of his tube then in his tube - we still haven't figured out exactly why this is but we are working on a theory. The other things that simply must be mentioned is the bag of Cheetos that made it all the way down the river. Shanna carried them more then half the way - desperately trying to pawn them off on someone. Finally Denise fell sucker to her pleas and carried them the rest of the way down until she unloaded them on some unsuspecting fellow floaters. No one knows what happened to them after that - but I am sure they have a story to tell. All in all it was a glorious day spent floating and drinking and having a grand old time...
PS The Bosnian did not journey down the river - it is rumored they are afaird of the water. Something like the Gremlin thing I hear.

I'm Wasted

Let's get ready to rumble....Your NAP Bloggers tonight are: Princess Jess and Princess Denise and former blogger Lord Flosi. Flosi says that he can't really say what is going on but he is sitting here on the couch, white wine in hand just like a previous blog I can think of...so I think it is all the same. (Please see previous blog- the one where we look like we are trying to sleep)

THE PLAGUE!!!Run for your lives the plague! Unclean, unclean! Brad has the plague. If you were thinking that the outbreak of scurvy or the terrible rat bite illness was bad - the plague has come to ABT, no we are not refering to Kurtis (we don't want him angry at us again- but he is a man whore- Flosi said that) We are truly afaird that this could affect the big dance number of the show. Can you imagine - it would be tragic, would it not.

Former cast member Paul came to visit. Cinco de Mayo has never been so eventful.

However the truly big event of the last month really needs no introduction - The Prince and Princess Party. Held in honor Princess Jess's birthday. It might even have rivaled the "Grandest Affair in Town" The princess sister were in rare form for the event. Dressed in all their finery as She-Ra, Princess of Power (if you don't know who that is you have no right to read this blog) and Princess Leia (let me clarify now that it was from the awards ceremony scene, that is why there are no buns). There were some tremendous costume efforts: Prince of Darkness, Hula Princess, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Prince Phillip, White Trash Princess.

Awards were handed out to Jess for best individual costume;
Denise and Mike were runners up for best couple costume (Leia and Han Solo, I mean really) and the Grand Winners were Belle and the Beast: Kelly and Dennis.
Don't they all deserve a round of applause- but not too loud because some snotty neighbors might call the cops on you. And it might be the same cop that came during the Halloween Party (see previous Tim Blog) Thank goodness he liked me - but why oh why am I always in costume when I have to speak to the police.

In even bigger news Princess Denise's sister had a baby girl on May 2nd. After a rough start to life, Natalie Abagail is doing fine and Denise will be journeying to visit her this weekend - so look for lots of photos!

In sad news, there may be fewer Bosnian sighting in the future. Almir will be leaving our happy family in two weeks. How ever will we end the blog now. Audition call for "blog-ender" happening soon - look for a posting near you.

But since it hasn't happened yet....

In poor form the Bosnian did not dress as a prince for the party, maybe they don't allow fairy tales in Bosnia Hercogosidnavina. WEIRD! Just throwing it out there.
